Terms of Use Agreement for the “Natish” Website
The user realizes that use of the “Natish” website indicates that he/she agrees to all the terms mentioned below in the website’s Terms of Use, and is subject to the user’s agreement with what is said in these Terms of Use.
“Natish” website (the “Website”) is an artistic design website which offers internet browsers its services in the field of design and art. The information and content on the website are the exclusive property of the website owner and the “Natish” gallery owner, Israel Primo.
Terms and Definitions
1. “Natish Website” and/or “Israel Primo Natish Website” and/or “Natish” hereby refer to “The Website”.
2. The term “User” refers to – any user, direct or indirect, connecting via computer or cellular communication, whether an organization or an individual.
3. “Content” or “Information” refer to any picture, product, creation, sketch, material, words, text, that appear on the website in any media form including pictures of products, compositions and designs, computer files, graphic files, source code, the website’s design and layout, translation, re-editing, trademarks and logos.
4. It is hereby clear to each website user, that the right to use the information and content displayed on the website applies to the user alone and that the user is not permitted to use the information and content, commercially or non-commercially, for any third party.

5. The user is aware that the website displays pictures of products, compositions and content that are copyrighted and belong solely to “Natish” Israel Primo, as well as content and pictures originating from third parties, and the user has no right to copy, duplicate, print, distribute, market, use or pass on to others, any of the information and/or the pictures or any other information or content displayed on the website, and/or use them in any commercial or non-commercial way without explicit permission from “Natish” Israel Primo, in advance and in writing.
6. The user is aware that the information and the content on the “Natish” website include original content which stemming from original designs belonging solely to “Natish”, and that some of these are listed as registered designs in the Design Register of the State of Israel.
Forum:
7. “Natish” enables the user to use the website’s forum for topics relating to design and replies. The user is aware that the messages are not edited by “Natish” and appear in the forum as they are without “Natish” examining their correctness or accuracy. Thus, “Natish” will not bear any responsibility for direct or indirect damage occurring as a result of using or messaging in the “Natish” forum.
8. The users agree that the messages published by them in the forum, will not include any harmful material, violation of proprietary rights, or any blatant sexual material, publicly offensive content, slander, misleading or anything of the sort.
9. The user agrees to compensate or indemnify “Natish” for any expenses or damage following the breach of these Terms of Use, in all its sections, including damage to the rights of a third party.
10. The user is aware that “Natish” is entitled at any moment to edit, change, correct, publish, and erase the messages appearing in the forum, in whole or in part in, according to their exclusive and implicit judgment, without giving any advance notice.
11. “Natish” is entitled to cease the forum activity without any advance notice, and the user will have no claim against “Natish” in any form.

The website provides a number of links to recommended websites on the internet. “Natish” is not responsible in any way for the content and information presented in these websites and will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that might be caused to the user or any third party due to using these websites.
Intellectual Property
13. The user states that he/she is aware that copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets and ownership rights, use of content and information appearing on “Natish” website, including distribution rights and any other intellectual property included in the content belong exclusively to “Natish” Israel Primo and the user has no right of any kind to the content and information, and that the use of this content and information is solely for the personal needs of each user.
14. The user agrees that their may be circumstances, whether in the control of “Natish” or not, including servers crashing, electrical power interruptions, human error, bugs and hackers, in which information might be lost and browsing to the website might not be possible, and he/she agrees not to sue or raise any claims against “Natish” due to such events.
15. “Natish” is entitled to change the terms from time to time, and a message will appear regarding such changes in the website news.
16. The exclusive jurisdiction venue for any matter regarding the “Natish” website or this agreement will be the authoritative court of law in Tel Aviv, according to and in agreement with the laws of the State of Israel.
