After that, he began studying economics and law.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>In March 1951, he immigrated to Israel with his family straight to the &#8220;Hotar&#8221; crossing.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Upon immigrating to Israel, he was accepted to work at a mental hospital in Be&#8217;er Ya&#8217;akov, when the director of the hospital found out about his academic degrees, he advanced in his position and was appointed to the position of administrative director of the hospital.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>During these years he began his public activity and was elected to serve as the first committee chairman of the &#8220;Hotar&#8221; neighborhood.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>In 1952, when the first barracks were built in Beer-Yakov itself, intended for evacuees from the &#8220;Hotar&#8221; crossing, Debi Chai was among the first to purchase barracks in the Herzl neighborhood.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Debi Chai served as the head of the third local council in Be&#8217;er Ya&#8217;akov between the years<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1965-1967.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>During his term of office, Debi Hai managed to carry out important projects such as the establishment of a local police station, a new road was paved that connected to Ramla and another neighborhood was established.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>In 1967, Debi Hai returned to work in the public service and until his death served as Amarchal<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The Institute of Forensic Medicine in Abu-Kabir.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A living square statue in Beer Ya&#8217;akov<br \/>\nDebbie, the third head of the council of Beer Ya&#8217;akov, lived by his name<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":12531,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false},"product_cat":[245],"product_tag":[],"translation":{"provider":"WPGlobus","version":"2.10.10","language":"en","enabled_languages":["he","en"],"languages":{"he":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":true},"en":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":true}}},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v3\/product\/220"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v3\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=220"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/12531"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=220"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"product_cat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product_cat?post=220"},{"taxonomy":"product_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/natish.co.il\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product_tag?post=220"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
